Today, we hosted Cocoa and Confidence—a day full of inspiration and learning! We’re incredibly grateful to the United Way Pickens County Education Impact Grant for partnering with us to equip families with tools to boost success in reading and math at home. This week is National School Counselors Week, and East End wants to take a moment to honor Dr. Freitag for all of his hard work and dedication. Dr. Freitag goes above and beyond to create the best learning environment for our students. He organizes our annual school supplies drive, weekend backpack food program, and the Student of the Month initiative. He also supports our students with valuable guidance lessons in the classroom and helps ensure our safety during arrival and dismissal every day. We are incredibly thankful for all that Dr. Freitag does for our school community!
